Can you recommend a caterer?
Yes we have a list of caterers or you can use your own, but they must be pre-approved by us.

Can I bring snacks and refreshments without using a caterer?
Yes, but only with certain functions. Please discuss it with us and a decision will be made on a individual basis.

Do you allow alcohol?
Yes, we allow alcoholic beverages. You may bring wine, champagne, liquor or beer.

I’m having a church wedding, can I hold just the reception at River Bluff?
Yes.

What if I'm having a small wedding? Do you have a smaller wedding package?
Yes, our wedding packages vary according to your wedding size and needs.

What about tablecloths and decorations?
We do not supply any dishes or table linens. You are also responsible for all decorations.

Can I burn candles?
Yes, you may responsibly burn candles. The fee for wax removal, if spilled on the furniture or floor, will be deducted from your damage deposit.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on the premises at any time.

Do you have a place to change clothes?
Yes, we have a room for use.

What if it rains for my wedding?
The wedding can be held inside the River Bluff Hall, which seats 150 guests.
